EcomCockpit is an AI-powered ad management platform that helps e-commerce businesses create, manage, and launch advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Service provides tools for creative management, AI-powered copy generation, and ad launching through the Meta Marketing API.
To use the Service, you must authenticate with your Facebook account. By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize EcomCockpit to access your ad accounts and manage ads on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken through it.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your ads comply with all applicable Meta policies and advertising standards. EcomCockpit is not responsible for ads that are rejected or accounts that are restricted by Meta.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze creative assets and generate ad copy suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all ad content before it is published. EcomCockpit does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or compliance of AI-generated content.
You retain all rights to the creative assets you upload and the ads you create using the Service. EcomCockpit does not claim ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of EcomCockpit.
EcomCockpit facilitates the creation and launching of ads on your Meta ad accounts. All ad spending is charged directly by Meta to your ad account. EcomCockpit is not responsible for any advertising costs incurred through your Meta ad account. You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your ad spend.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any ads created through the Service will achieve specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomCockpit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out and disconnecting your Facebook account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
